Digital Products
Key Knits knitting patterns are digital products supplied electronically. No physical product will be mailed unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct and that their device is capable of opening and viewing the supplied file format.
Personal Use & Copyright
All Key Knits patterns, photographs, illustrations, charts, written instructions and other original content are protected by copyright.
Your purchase grants you a limited licence to download and use the pattern for your own personal use.
Patterns may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, uploaded, shared electronically, translated for distribution, published, or otherwise made available to another person without prior written permission from Key Knits.
Please direct friends who would like a copy of a pattern to the Key Knits website to purchase their own.
Unless otherwise stated in an individual pattern, please contact Key Knits before using a pattern for commercial production or selling items made from a Key Knits pattern.
Pattern Information
Every effort is made to ensure Key Knits patterns are accurate, clear and professionally prepared. However, occasional errors may occur.
If an error is discovered, the pattern may be corrected or updated. Where possible, customers who purchased the affected pattern will be provided access to the updated version.
Yarn quantities, gauge and finished measurements are provided as accurately as possible, but individual results may vary depending on yarn, needles, knitting technique, gauge and modifications.
Website Use
You agree not to use this website or its content for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of Key Knits or another person.
We may update, change or discontinue website content, products or services at any time.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Applicable taxes, currency conversion charges or other fees may apply depending on your location and payment provider.

Digital Download & Refund Policy

Key Knits patterns are digital downloads.
Because digital patterns are made available electronically after purchase, all digital pattern sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Please carefully review the pattern description, sizing, yarn requirements, skill level and other information before purchasing.
Accidental or Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you have accidentally purchased the same pattern twice, please contact Key Knits. Duplicate purchases will be reviewed individually and, where appropriate, may be refunded at our discretion or as required by law.
Download Problems
If you purchase a pattern but experience difficulty receiving, downloading or opening your file, please contact Key Knits. We will be happy to help you access the pattern you purchased.
A technical problem accessing a file does not necessarily require a refund if the purchased file can otherwise be successfully supplied.
Pattern Updates
If an error is discovered in a pattern, Key Knits may issue a corrected version. Where technically possible, customers who previously purchased the pattern will be given access to the updated file.
Please note: Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, cancellation, replacement or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
